Role Purpose
Provide daily support to the IRO-Go Lean project focused on optimizing time and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for In-Room Operations (IRO) case resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Support the optimization of IRO case resolution time and SLA adherence.
Assist with case codification to ensure proper documentation and categorization.
Perform account reconciliation activities related to Accounts Payable and Finance processes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives under the Go Lean methodology.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to understand ERP workflows and IRO procedures.
Provide support in preparing reports, Excel analyses, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
