1. Controlling and reporting
- Issue monthly report and analyse key variations vs last budget exercise
- Issue KPI to follow up multi brand activities and communicate to the team
- Prepare regional meetings with Finance Director TR APAC
2. Budget Preparation
- Consolidate key figures and comments key variations
3. Others
- Streamline reporting processes
