Finance Lawyer - Managing Associate - 5PQE+, London

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We're delighted to have recently been joined by Tomas Gardfors to drive forward our Transition Finance practice internationally.
The practice advises debt providers, arrangers and sponsors on the origination and structuring of financing at both project and corporate level, as well as corporates requiring specialist finance to deliver their Transition Plans.
We are seeking a Managing Associate (5PQE+) to help build this practice in London with an international focus. This is a formative role with early responsibility, direct client exposure and scope to develop a personal market profile. For the right individual, progression will be rapid, with early partnership a realistic and explicit objective.

THE TEAM
