Finance Lead

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Finance Lead to oversee financial operations and reporting for our manufacturing plant. This role requires a strong expertise in cost accounting, plant finance, budgeting, compliance, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
Lead plant-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Drive cost control initiatives and variance analysis
Partner with plant operations to improve financial performance
Management and Financial Accounting
Oversee inventory valuation and stock reconciliation
Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
Supervise month-end closing and reporting
Working capital
Manage working capital and cash flow at plant level
Internal Controls / Audit
Work towards strengthening internal controls through Internal Audit
