Finance Lead, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Control, and Tax functions for Device Protection (Bolt One) and Insurance Exchange (Bolt Choice) businesses in Malaysia.
• You will work closely with a diverse team of finance professionals across Asia, mentoring and developing the team, implementing systems and processes, and building key relationships to build a best‑in‑class finance function.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve company goals; analyze financial data, forecast trends, identify improvement areas.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: develop and manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes; work with department heads, monitor results, and adjust budgets.
