Finance Lead

This is a key role at the intersection of finance and strategy. As Finance Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping business decisions and strengthening performance by connecting financial insights to real business impact. You’ll be the go-to financial representative in leadership teams - challenging, advising, and supporting leaders to ensure smart and forward-looking decisions.
You’ll take full ownership of financial performance within your area, and lead core processes such as monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning. You’ll also contribute to group-level initiatives like audits, annual reports, business reviews, and board presentations.
This is a highly independent role where you’ll drive continuous improvement -enhancing financial tools, processes, and collaboration across teams.
