Finance Lead

Description

• Work closely with various business units and budget/finance/treasury to incorporate strategic goals and targets into the budget and financial planning process
• Provide valuation and analysis support to business units in valuing and analyzing businesses and executing transactions.
• Able to develop business modeling and financial scenarios with good grasp of valuation and prior financial modeling experience are highly desired.
• Manage M&A initiatives from strategy development until execution, making sure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Business understanding, ability to challenge key assumptions and valuation drivers while remaining a team player
• Prepare presentation materials and socialize updates and analysis results to senior management committee.
