In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee all accounting, FP&A, and compliance activities at SkyWatch. Your sharp business acumen and ability to deploy AI tools will optimize finance operations and enhance decision-making for the CEO and leadership team. You'll take charge of building scalable systems while maintaining compliance and building strong external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage AP, AR, payroll, and maintain audit-ready books
• Close month-end books by the 15th each month
• Prepare shareholder updates and board reporting
• Own financial modeling in Runway Financial
• Monitor unit economics and flag opportunities proactively
