Finance & Lending Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Lending Support Specialist to join our growing finance team. You will work closely with colleagues based in Clark and Australia, supporting loan application processing and client management across multiple lenders. This role is ideal for candidates with solid home lending experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with finance teams in Clark and Australia
• Prepare and compile all finance compliance documents for client appointments, including loan applications, client summaries, fact finds, and loan comparisons
• Compile and process finance documents using aggregator software
• Enter and maintain accurate client data across multiple lender and loan systems
• Complete and submit loan applications and supporting documentation to lenders
