**About the role**

As **Finance Planning & Analysis Manager** , you will play a key role in steering IQVIA Netherlands’ financial performance across all business units. Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, you will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial insight to support decision-making, drive transparency, and continuously improve financial processes.

This is a **hands-on, business-facing FP&A role** with real exposure to country leadership, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, and develop a strong understanding of IQVIA’s commercial model in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**Financial planning, forecasting & reporting**

+ Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for Revenue and Costs across IQVIA Netherlands
