Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for annual and interim reports, including MD&A, financial statements, disclosure notes, ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (“HKFRS”) and the Companies Ordinance
- Prepare group consolidation and manage monthly reporting package from other Business Units

- Responsible for the group financial planning process, including forecasting and budgeting, etc.
- Prepare group management report as well as financial analysis for management
- Execute on-going review and identify opportunity for process/workflow improvement

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements

- Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required





Requirements:

- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with professional qualification of HKICPA/ACCA
