Finance Manager at CEE Centre

Lead financial operations in a hybrid role with CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals in Scarborough, ON. This position demands strategic financial expertise alongside operational oversight.
As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Executive Director and oversee CEE’s financial governance and strategy. This full-time role requires a CPA designation and at least five years in senior financial management, ideally in not-for-profit. You will directly impact the organization's long-term sustainability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping
• Ensure compliance with ASNPO and regulatory obligations
• Manage financial policies and governance support
• Prepare financial reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial management experience
