Role Summary

• Lead in the maintenance, control, planning, production of financial and management records in adherence to accounting policies, procedures and standards

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of first degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification from a recognised university

• Final certificate of ICA (Ghana) or ACCA

• A minimum of 7 years finance experience with at least 5 years in the financial services industry

• Proficient in the use of an Accounting software

Knowledge and Skills

• Banking operations and regulatory frameworks both local and at the international level including IFRS, BASEL 2 and other international standards
