Job Description

Responsibilities
:Lead month-end reporting including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and board pack inputs
Oversee offshore AP/AR team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence
Manage payroll reporting, reviewing outsourced payroll data for compliance and financial integration
Prepare daily and weekly cashflow forecasts and manage treasury oversight with CFO
Prepare GST and FBT returns; support annual income tax and IFRS statutory accounts
Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting of overhead costs and balance sheet movements
Key Skills & Experience Required:
CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified – this is a must!
5+ years in financial reporting, financial control, and cashflow/treasury management
Experience overseeing AP/AR functions, including offshore or outsourced operations
Strong proficiency in ERP systems required
Advanced Excel skills
