Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in month-end close, financial analysis, and supporting audits, while also providing guidance to junior accounting staff.
Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain general ledger integrity, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Compliance & Controls
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP) and internal policies
Support external and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules
Assist in maintaining and improving internal controls and accounting procedures
Tax & Statutory Reporting
Prepare or review tax filings such as VAT/GST, sales tax, and corporate tax...
