Job Description
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for construction projects.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit reports.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project financing requirements.
- Manage project financing arrangements, bridging loans, end-financing, and progress claims.
- Organize and maintaining in administrative works such as pantry stuffs, office maintenance and factory maintenance.
