Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with DOLE and government‑mandated financial reporting for employee benefits and labor‑related costs.
