Finance Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end finance function for 2 Business Units within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate financial reporting, driving robust budgeting and forecasting, ensuring strong governance and compliance, and providing insightful analysis that enables informed and agile business decisions.

The role also plays a key part in continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes, while building a cohesive, high-performing finance team that partners effectively with operations and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Finance Ownership (Business Units)

• Full accountability for finance operations across assigned Business Units, including general ledger, fixed assets, inventory/costing (where applicable), statutory and management reporting.
