Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead financial control for Colombia and Peru. This role is responsible for the preparation of management accounts and financial statements, the regional month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory compliance, cash flow management, and tax oversight across five countries, while partnering with country leaders and global finance. The ideal candidate brings strong multi‑country experience, thrives in a matrix organization with multiple reporting lines, and has a track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.

This is a full‑time position that will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
