Finance Manager . This highly visible role is responsible for the continued development and maintenance of our financial operations and reporting to support our fast-paced growth. Responsibilities Proactively lead finance efforts, ensuring compliance with Canada’s Securities regulations, including National Instrument requirements, and our Restricted Dealer and Marketplace registration. Lead efforts to prepare Crypto.com Canada for CIRO membership, updating finance policies and procedures accordingly. Provide regular updates to Senior Management on the compliance program. Ensure policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements and are properly executed. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance. Prepare reports for Management and the Board of Directors.
