Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Generate timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the finance/accounting team
• Ensure BIR compliance and timely filing of tax reports
• Oversee payroll processing, billing, collections, and expense management
• Analyze project costings and recommend ways to optimize profitability
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Assist top management in financial strategy and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with 2 years in a managerial role
