About The Role

• As Finance Manager at CBRE, you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to our clients' strategic decision‑making in the relevant regions/countries.
• This position is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You'll Do

• Act as a liaison and point of contact between the offices in LATAM, USA, and other regions on matters such as reports, accounting reports, budget control, requests for information, etc.
• Prepare cash flow statements projecting profits.
