Finance Manager

About the role:

As Finance Manager at CBRE , you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to our clients' strategic decision-making in the relevant regions/countries. This position is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a liaison and point of contact between the offices in LATAM, USA, among others, on matters such as reports, accounting reports, budget control, requests for information, etc.
• Prepare cash flow statements projecting profits.
• Create budgets from scratch.
• Prepare balance sheets and P&L analyses of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives.
