Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Accountant to bring clarity, rigor, and operational control to a fast-scaling omnichannel CPG business. This is an internal owner role, not a passive reporting function.

Your mission is to ensure that numbers reflect reality, costs are correctly allocated, and leadership can make decisions with confidence. You will be the bridge between day-to-day operations and external accountants.

Key Responsibilities

• Own internal financial accuracy across Amazon, DTC, and Retail
• Maintain up-to-date COGS reflecting tariffs, freight, packaging, and supplier changes
• Ensure all expenses are correctly coded and allocated to proper cost centers
• Review and validate monthly P&Ls before they reach leadership
• Partner closely with external accountants to improve speed, accuracy, and structure
• Build and maintain channel-level contribution margin reporting
