Finance Manager

The Role

We are seeking a Finance Account Manager Team Lead to own and scale our Account Management function within a multi-client CPG environment. This role is focused on people leadership, operational execution, and process ownership. It is not a digital or analytics-heavy role.

For candidates joining from outside the organization, this role will include carrying a partial client load (approximately 25–30% of a standard book) during onboarding to fully understand how Account Management operates in practice.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 8–10 Account Managers through weekly team huddles and regular 1:1s
• Assign and rebalance client accounts based on team capacity and client complexity
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client accounts
