 : Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with significant growth and excellent business plans for success in the coming future. They do various business including securities, asset management, corporate finance, etc.
Report to CFO
Participate in executing M&A/investment projects with professional financial analysis and advices with the objective to effective the strategic financial planning of the Group’s direction
Work closely with deal team to identify and secure M&A/investment deals as well as manage and invest large monetary funds etc.
Involve in financial due diligence exercises and post-acquisition financial management
Manage financial services related activities of Hong Kong and the subsidiaries located in China
Consolidate and review financial reports at a Group level for management review and decision marketing
