Key Responsibilities

1. Tax and Financial Reporting
   • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax submissions to the Bureau of Internal Revenue including remittance of withholding taxes.
   • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
   • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and industry-specific reporting standards for the energy sector.
   • Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and asset accounting, including oil & gas asset capitalization and depletion schedules.
   • Manage compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
   • Manage renewal of permits and payment of taxes to local government units.
   • Support external audits by coordinating audit activities with regulatory bodies and independent auditors.
