Finance Manager

Job Description:

This role's core function is to support the GM of Finance and the CFO in the administration of foreign currency related payments and hedge accounting and the provision of accurate and timeous Internal reporting, Group reporting, External reporting, Tax reporting, Board reporting and Compliance related reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Foreign Vehicle Purchases:

• Tracking of all shipments through close liaison with product planning and distribution departments
• Preparation of all Letter of Credit documentation
• Foreign payments (Electronic Online payments and via BOP forms)
• Dealing with Treasury One for the purchase of financial instruments
• Tracking of all orders through close liaison with product planning to ensure sufficient Forex cover
• Compiling weekly and month-end Forex schedule to submit to Motus Group Treasury team
