Job Description

Oversee financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial and management reporting
Manage cash flow, working capital, capital expenditure and foreign currency transactions, including bank transfers
Lead foreign exchange operations and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
Ensure robust financial controls, audit processes and compliance with local and international regulations
Supervise financial operations of subsidiaries to ensure efficiency and consistency
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, investors and regulatory bodies
