Job Description
Lead financial performance and control at a manufacturing plant as a Finance Manager. This role focuses on analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support corporate and local site operations.
You will manage the finance function in this critical position, ensuring accurate reports and financial performance analysis. Key responsibilities include developing budgets for various departments, conducting monthly balance sheet analysis, and establishing essential relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly analysis of balance sheet and currency exposures
• Prepare financial budgets and forecasts for corporate and local site
• Oversee corporate, federal, and local tax reporting
• Ensure accurate cash settlements for hedging activities
• Supervise the internal control policies according to guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
