Finance Manager, FP&A Retirement & Wealth

As Finance Manager, FP&A – North America WAM Retirement & Wealth, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering strategic financial insights and driving operational excellence across GWAM Retirement & Wealth businesses. This role combines leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical rigor to support planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. You will work closely with North America partners to enhance business performance, manage key initiatives, and ensure strong governance and control. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this role will also serve as a responsible for the Personal Investing business unit under Wealth, focusing on flows reporting, forecasting, planning, and management reports. Leading a team of 5 FTE professionals, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
