Finance Manager

Job Purpose:-
Act as the bridge between day-to-day accounting operations and FP&A. Lead a small team of accountants, ensure accurate and timely financial records, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and prepare management reports that enable decision-making for Bayan-Tech's multi-brand, multi-country business.

Key Accountabilities:-

1. Operational Finance & Closing

• Supervise daily accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, fixed assets)
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing (accruals, deferrals, provisions)
• Review and approve reconciliations and journal entries prepared by the team
• Maintain proper documentation and internal control procedures

2. FP&A Support

• Support the budget and forecast cycles with data collection, templates, and consolidations
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including KPIs, variances, and trends
