Finance Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manager - Finance to join our Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will own business partner MIS and reporting, spearhead finance automation initiatives, and ensure robust financial reporting and audit readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Leasing, Legal, Operations, and IT teams, and play a key role in our continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Business Partner MIS & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive Business Partner MIS covering rent payables, lease obligations, escalation schedules, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
• Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual Business Partner MIS reports for senior management and business review meetings.
• Monitor lease expiry schedules, renewal milestones, and contractual commitments; proactively flag risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
