Our client, an international hospitality group, is seeking a Finance Manager for their new hotel opening in Sapporo.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the pre-opening and setup phase, serving as the top finance role on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial setup for new hotel opening

- Communicate financial reports in English to brand stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with Japanese financial regulations

- Oversee all financial operations for the hotel

- Collaborate with Japanese owners and GM on financial matters
