Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Finance Manager to join our Pakistan team. The Finance Manager will be in charge of local financial reporting, tax and finance related compliance, banking matters, and coordination with external auditors and Authorities. This is a critical role ensuring the company’s local financial operations are compliant, accurate, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

1. Handle full set of NBFC accounting, inter-company reconciliation, expense verification, fixed assets and balance sheet items accounting.
2. Complete month-end & year-end closing on time, prepare statutory financial statements, ensure compliance with local accounting standards and group policies, and support consolidated financial reporting.

Tax & FBR Compliance

1. Manage full range local tax compliance, ensuring all business activities meet local tax regulations.
