Finance Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The role requires a Financial Manager with experience in operations to play a pivotal role in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and process standardization across our multi‑site environment. This influential role serves as the strategic bridge between Finance, Procurement, and Operation, ensuring strong governance, optimized stock management, and consistent execution of SOPs across all sites.
As the second‑in‑command within the function, you will lead and develop a high‑performing team, oversee financial and operational controls across four locations, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
