Reference: Pta -DV-1Our client in the consulting services industry is seeking a skilled and qualified Finance Manager to join them in Lanseria, Gauteng. This is an annual renewal contract. Must have international tax law experience (USA and Australian). Duties & Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of all aspects of company finances.
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and various other yearly returns.
Assist in day-to-day staff management.
Working knowledge of Accpac essential.
Review and authorize purchase orders as per Approved Authority Levels.
Preparation of yearly international income taxes (USA and Australian) and provisional tax computations for approval by the governing body. Minimum Qualifications and Experience
