Finance Manager

Job Duties

· Support the formulation and execution of the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term manufacturing business goals.

· Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and Malaysian tax policies, and provide financial insights and optimization recommendations.

· Oversee production and manufacturing cost accounting, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.

· Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives through variance analysis and continuous improvement plans.

· Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Prepare regular financial forecasts and projections to support management decision-making.

· Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
