• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Build investment cases and feasibility models to guide smart capital allocation.
• Assess expansion opportunities, new outlets, and product launches, delivering clear insights to leadership.
• Optimise cash flow, working capital, and cost structures across the business.
• Lead audit, tax, and regulatory coordination; ensure full compliance with Pakistan tax laws.
