Finance Manager

We are a fast-growing multi-country dental distribution group operating across Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and global e-commerce markets. As we scale towards IPO readiness by 2028, we are strengthening our financial structure and capital discipline.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Manager who can build systems, optimize working capital, and support strategic growth decisions.

This is NOT a pure accounting role.

This role is for someone who can think commercially and execute operationally.

Role Overview

You will work directly with the CEO to:

• Strengthen financial reporting

• Improve cash conversion cycle

• Optimize inventory and capital allocation

• Build financial models to support expansion

• Clean and improve ERP (Odoo) structure
