Job Description
Handle full set of accounts, statutory accounts and oversee all related accounting functions.
Prepare monthly management report, cash flow management, forecast and budgeting.
Reviewing and analyzing monthly management accounts & expenses.
Liaison with bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary and etc.
Prompt submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
Preparation of the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors.
To supervise the updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and other subsidiary ledgers.
To perform bank account reconciliation, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports, and to advise management on foreseeable cash flow requirements.
Monthly trade debtors and creditors reconciliations.
Monthly company tax and deferred tax computations.
Any ad hoc assignment assigned by the Company from time to time.
