About the role

Citadines Uplands Kuching is seeking an experienced Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will be based in Kuching, Sarawak and will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
3. Oversee the preparation of bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
4. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations
5. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
6. Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and training as needed
7. Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency
