Finance Manager

Responsibilities

1. Overall responsible for the financial management and coordination of the group's Southeast Asia companies, establish and implement financial strategies, build a sound financial system, and establish financial management systems.
2. Responsible for the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the company's accounting meets the accounting standards of Malaysia, Singapore, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
3. Familiar with cost accounting, intercompany accounting, and fund management, handle the overall accounting work of branches in Malaysia, Singapore, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting.
4. Familiar with local tax regulations and fund management, coordinate external tax, banking, auditing, and other mechanisms for supervision and inspection, ensuring compliance with relevant tax policies in Malaysia and Singapore.
