FINANCE MANAGER – KWAZULU-NATAL

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Strategy:
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of five, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
  • Bridge the gap between department silos (Treasury, Control, and Management Accounting) to ensure a unified financial narrative.
• Financial Reporting & Control:
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes for the UK, South African and US entities.
  • Ensure reporting compliance with both UKGAAP, IFRS (South Africa) and US GAAP (USA).
  • Consolidate financial statements for regional review, providing high-level commentary on variances.
  • Work closely with our corporate consolidation department on month and year end reporting.
• Audit & Tax Compliance:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring timely completion of statutory audits.
