Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and Executive Team. You will oversee the full spectrum of financial management, from cost accounting and inventory control to financial reporting and tax compliance, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets, providing actionable insights to department heads.
• Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals and ROI for new machinery or production lines.

2. Cost Accounting & Operations

• Maintain and improve the standard costing system.
• Monitor Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and identify opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization.
• Oversee periodic inventory counts and reconcile variances to minimize shrinkage.
