Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to ensure that the businesses deliver capital efficiency and sustainable revenue generation with healthy margin growth and Operating Cash flow, through close partnership with GMs and other functional leaders
• Business partnering with respective country stakeholders to provide data-driven insight for country stakeholders to facilitates better decision making
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting process, and monthly financial performance analysis
• Review and analyze business data, identify gaps and evaluates to enable achievement of targets according to each strategic needs.
• Responsible for the country's financial and accounting operations, ensure reporting requirements at Statutory and Group levels are met.
• Conduct regular Balance Sheet reviews and implement mitigation actions to manage financial and business risks
