Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:-

• Lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and statutory audits.
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including taxation (SST, WHT, corporate tax), audit, and regulatory filings.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Support business growth by providing strategic financial input on projects and investments.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
