Finance Manager

Currently our office is located at Damansara Utama. Expected to move to Glenmarie, Shah Alam by end of 2nd Quarter of Year 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall finance function and the finance team, ensuring full completion of the company's financial responsibility on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• To oversee the financing and treasury matters for company and maintain good relationships with banker.
• Ensure credibility of the finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of financial results, budgets and financial trends and forecasts.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting/ requirements.
• Provide strategic direction to the Management, providing high level, proactive financial expertise to the Management as whole and direction for both short term and long term financial planning.
