Finance Manager

Job Description
Trains and supervises accounting staff
Ensures the accuracy of journal entries, schedules, reconciliations
Prepares and analyzes financial statements and reports
Keeps updated on new tax laws, BIR regulations, and SEC requirements to ensure compliance
Reviews and supervises financial processes and proposes recommendations for continuous improvement
Liaises with external auditors for audited financial statement preparation as well as government agencies such as BIR and the city government
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accountancy (required)
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Accounting, including financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting, and external audits
With at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and BIR rulings
Able to meet tight deadlines
