About the Role
Pivot Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations, including billing, payments, and collections. This role requires a seasoned finance professional who can work independently, manage complex financial processes, and ensure operational excellence without needing close supervision.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of financial management, accounting principles, and business operations. Bilingual English–Spanish communication is highly preferred but not required, as the position involves coordination with international clients and contractors — but outstanding English-only candidates with exceptional experience are also encouraged to apply.
This is a remote, full-time role supporting our US-based team on Pacific Time 8AM to 5PM.
